Trusted Merchant Accreditation awarded to Appeal for excellent customer service

Appeal Home Shading has been awarded with the Feefo Trusted Merchant Accreditation 2015 in recognition of its excellent commitment to customer service over the last 12 months.  This is the second consecutive year that Appeal has won the award.

The prestigious Trusted Merchant title is presented to companies that have consistently adhered to customer needs by delivering a friendly and sincere service, a driving force that is behind Appeal’s ‘Honestly Better’ culture.

The award is based upon the independent feedback received from customers over the course of a year, with Appeal Home Shading achieving a service rating of 89% and an overall product rating of 96% for its extensive range of blinds, shutters, insect screens and awnings.

Appeal prides itself on delivering a friendly and efficient service to customers, from the very first phone call to the final fitting. Making customers feel at ease and offering cost-sensible products is a key focus for the Appeal Home Shading team. The accreditation reflects their dedication to offering a first-class service.
