Join us at the Ideal Home Show with a preferential ticket

Spring is in the air (or at least it was when we wrote this … fingers crossed we don’t see any storms with names as far in the alphabet as Winona or Zelda). And spring means the start of home and garden show season. Appeal will, as usual, have a stand at the Ideal Home Show, which runs from 17 March until 2 April at Olympia London.

If you use the Appeal Home Shading code EX10 when booking tickets, you can save over 30% (weekend adult tickets cost £16 without, but £10 with the Appeal code – plus the usual booking admin fee). Children under 16, accompanied by an adult, go free.

Attractions – apart from the Appeal stand of course! – include the always fascinating Show Homes, Room Sets and Garden Showstopper. This year the Super Theatre will host appearances from the money-saving expert Martin Lewis OBE, the location guru Phil Spencer, interior stylist Sophie Robinson, architectural designer Charlie Luxton, and DIY Doers Wayne Perrey and Steph Bron – among others. Tickets to the Ideal Home Show also provide entrance to the Eat & Drink Show next door, where Masterchef judge Monica Galetti, actor turned children’s cookery writer Lisa Faulkner, restaurateur Aldo Zilli and Simon Rimmer (who will hopefully be demonstrating cooking rather than ballroom dancing).

And new this year is the Renovation Advice Hub, where visitors can book a consultation with an expert. Of course, those slots will be limited so, if you need to tap into some experienced know-how about window shading in particular, just come along and see Werndy and the team on the Appeal stand.

We will be celebrating our 30th birthday this year, but our festivities won’t involve cake and the hits of 1988 (Kylie & Jason, Tiffany, Bros?!). Instead, we will concentrate on exciting product innovations, as we have always done, and this year we will be showcasing our latest step forward…
