Insect Screen

Service rating : Mr Elford, the fitter, was helpful and his work was excellent. However, some co-ordination in areas is needed when booking appointments by the office to avoid changes to times. It would also save travelling time and indeed petrol!
Product : Very pleased with the insect screen fitted to our conservatory doors. No more flies, bees and wasps.

Service rating : Service was faultless. We must give particular praise to your installer, Irwin. He is very conscientious and took particular care measuring up on his first visit. This was necessary because of the irregular sizes and shapes of our roof panels. It paid off as they fitted perfectly when fitted.
Product : Very pleased. They are every bit as good as we hoped.

All very good and very pleased. Only shame was delay in shutters being ready.

Service rating : The first contact made was off high class and was a comfortable meeting with Victor who understood our requirements. The samples of the screens were just what we had visualized for our conservatory.
Product : The Pinoleum roof and window blinds fitted perfectly, and are a joy to go home too after a busy day, the room is so relaxing and transforms to another room at night when the blinds are closed down. The shading in sun light is perfect.

Product : Te blinds are great. Your weak link is e feeble and wobbly pole for moving the roof and gable blinds up and down.
Our last blinds were rubbish but they had an excellent metal pole. Your plastic one is far to flexible and annoying hard to use. Your worst aspect in otherwise fab system.

Binds and service great. Please sort out the pole!!

Product : We have had our conservatory blinds for 9 years, opening and closing them every day and the only problem we have had is a broken cord at the 9 year point. Few products give that kind of service.
