Bristol-based home shading specialist, Appeal Home Shading has been awarded with two prestigious interior awards.
Appeal beat off some impressive competition to pick up the silver award in the ‘Best Hi-Tech Product’ category at the House Beautiful Awards in October 2016. Then just a few weeks later they scooped the prize for ‘Best Interior Shading Specialist’ at the Build magazine Interior Design Awards.
Both judging panels were impressed with the innovation and stylish design of the ULTRA Smart Blinds system using rechargeable battery powered blinds for windows and doors throughout the home.
The House Beautiful Awards celebrate the very best in homes and interiors from the last 12 months and the expert panel of judges look for innovation, quality, style and value for money. Speaking on why the product stood out the judges commented on the “great design that cleverly combines technology and innovation with stylish window dressing.”
The Build magazine Interior Design Awards have been introduced to highlight those companies who offer the highest service to their customer and put innovation at the forefront of everything they do. With this award the judges felt the level of expertise, innovation and choice of products Appeal offer made them stand out in the market.
Speaking about the award wins, Michael Madigan, Appeal Group Chairman, said: “I am thrilled that the Appeal Home Shading has picked up two fantastic accolades this year. It is a recognition of all of the team’s hard work which has gone into making our business so successful.
“In the last twelve months we have launched the innovative ULTRA product and this has proved extremely popular with homeowners who are interested in the convenience of having their blinds powered by one touch remote control.”
